      1. Changes may be made up to 2 hours after placing your order.

      2. No refunds or exchanges on products.

      3. The turnaround time for products are as follows: Shadowbox - 48 to 72 hours

                  Dominoes - 2 weeks

                  Resin Fixtures - 1 week

        Order and plan accordingly. 

      4. Any damages to your order during the shipping process must be dealt with by the carrier first. Luxie Liz is NOT responsible for what happens during transit. 

      5. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. No partial payments will be accepted.

      6. If there is damage to your cup caused by you or an outside source, it can be repaired for a fee depending on the extent of damage.
