That's why I have a couple quick questions for you to help me assess the current state of your hair, which ultimately helps me determine if Extensions will suit YOUR Specific Hair Goals and Needs.

After filling out this application, I will reach out to you within a few business days (Mon-Fri). If I am currently able to fit in new clients, I will provide you with an approximate quote based on your hair type and desired outcome and then if you would like to proceed with booking, we will set up a time for an in studio consultation! This is the final stage of the application and the MOST IMPORTANT.

Must be photos of your current hair.
Do not send filtered photos.
Have someone else take the photo for you if needed for the back.
Take in natural lighting indoors (No Flashes or Direct Sunlight) You want the light from the window directly facing you to get good lighting! DO NOT TAKE A PHOTO WITH THE WINDOW IN THE BACKGROUND OF YOUR PHOTO! It makes it impossible to see your hair color.
NO BATHROOM PHOTOS PLEASE! It is so hard to see your actual haircolor in the bathroom lighting.
You will take THREE photos - one FRONT, one SIDE and one BACK.
IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY WEARING EXTENSIONS, please flip up your extensions out of the way for the front photo so I can see your natural hair length.

**TIP: stand looking straight TOWARDS the window with your camera/phone between you and the window. This will give the best lighting in your photo! If your camera is facing towards the window and you are in the center, it will be too bright behind you to see your haircolor!

Pricing Information

FIRST TIME CLIENTS

Pricing will vary depending on how much hair is needed, length, etc, so I will need to see your hair and what you are looking for to give you a better estimate, but here are some estimates below, based on lengths. I will send you a more exact quote after you send over this application and I can see your hair and goals.

For LENGTH AND THICKNESS (2-3 rows), pricing will generally be in these ranges below....

14" HAIR - $1475-1850, and up to $2525 for thicker hair or hair with a lot of layers.

18" HAIR - $1825-2350, and up to $3175 for thicker hair or hair with a lot of layers.

22" HAIR - $2350-3100 range for 22" hair, and up to $4150 for thicker hair or hair with a lot of layers.

For FULLNESS AND NO LENGTH (1 row), pricing will generally be in these ranges below...

14" HAIR - $800-925+

18" HAIR - $1000-1175+

22" HAIR - $1300-1550+

I do have access to longer lengths, various textures, and virgin Russian hair, which may need to be custom ordered and come at a higher cost, but if you would like a custom quote for that, please let me know!

Pricing may vary person to person and can sometimes be more or less than these prices, but this is an average estimate.

This investment covers the Hair Extensions, Seamless Color on the extensions, Cut and Styling.

You would first come in for an in studio consultation where I can see your hair and make sure extensions will be a good fit for you. I will then do a color match and then take some photos of your haircolor, as I will custom color the extensions to match your hair before your extensions appointment for the perfect blend. If your natural hair needs a color touchup, your hair will need to be colored prior to your consultation, as I will be matching extensions to how your color looks at the consult, so please keep that in mind when booking! Color to your natural hair is not included in the pricing for extensions, but will generally be in the $450-550 range for blonding or dimensional color.

I WILL NOT PROVIDE EXTENSION SERVICES TO ANYONE WITHOUT AN IN PERSON CONSULT PRIOR.

There will be a $500* Non Refundable Retainer due at your consultation to book your hair extensions appointment. This retainer will be put towards your final balance, which is due the day of service.

RETURNING CLIENTS

For my returning Clients you can expect the following:

MOVE-UP the Hair Extensions required every 6-8 weeks.
Replace the Hair Extensions with brand new hair approximately every 7-10 months for blondes, and 9-12 months for brunettes. The better you take care of your hair, the longer it will last! If you don't take care of your hair, it may need to be replaced sooner than this timeframe.
Some choose to refresh some of the wefts sooner than later, and this comes with additional investment, per weft.
It is recommended that you refresh the color on your wefts every 2-3 move ups. This will generally involve rooting, a gloss/tone, and sometimes lowlights. Pricing will generally range from $150-250.
A usual move up ranges between $250- $500* (color to your own hair or the extensions will be additional) - $250+ for 1 row, $350+ for 2 rows, $450+ for 3 rows.
If your hair is not maintained in between appointments (combed + conditioned properly, braided or in a bun while sleeping, etc) and matting occurs, there will be an hourly charge for removing matting. Please note that this can cause damage to your natural hair and your extension hair, so please take care of your hair so you don't have this issue! Extensions do require extra care, so keep that in mind when booking. Pricing is $100 per hour to remove matting/tangling.

A $500 NON REFUNDABLE Retainer is required to book with Lacey Mae. This $500 will be taken off the day of your install appointment.

Initial extension pricing can range from $700-3700+, depending on desired length and thickness and clients natural hair length and density.

YES, I acknowledge the first time guest price range.

Move up appointments are required every 6-8 weeks, this will vary depending on hair type. Pricing can range from $250-500, depending on how many rows are needed.

LACEY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TUESDAY'S-FRIDAY'S, BETWEEN 9AM-5PM. All color prep appointments and new extensions installs will generally be 9am or 1pm appointment times. The latest move up/maintenance appointments will be 2pm appointment times. I do not take any evening or weekend appointments.

YES, I acknowledge that I will need to come in during these times and that I can make that work with my schedule for my initial appointments, as well as my maintenance appointments every 6-8 weeks.
