Rescheduling & No-Shows
Clear communication is required to keep your appointment.
-A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
-Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeit of the full booking fee.
-No-shows result in immediate forfeit of the booking fee.
Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in refusal of future bookings.
Lateness
Appointments run to a schedule. Late arrivals impact the artist, other clients, and the studio.
-Appointments are charged from the scheduled start time, not arrival time.
-If you are running late, you must contact the studio before your appointment time.
-30 minutes late with no contact will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeit of the booking fee.
-For full-day appointments, arriving 1.5 hours or more late will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeit of the booking fee, regardless of contact.
Late arrival does not guarantee reduced pricing, extended time, or completion of the planned tattoo.
Designs & Draw-Ups
All custom tattoos are designed specifically for the booked client and appointment.
-Custom designs are completed the day before your scheduled appointment and are presented on the day of your tattoo.
-Designs are not sent out in advance.
-Minor adjustments can be made on the day to ensure correct fit, flow, and placement.
-Significant design changes requested on the day may result in additional time, rescheduling, or cancellation at the artist’s discretion.
-Design time is included as part of your booked appointment and may impact tattooing time.
Reference images are used for inspiration only, not replication.
Flash and pre-drawn designs are available to view in studio and on our social platforms
Payment on the Day
Full payment is required in full once your appointment has finished.
-Accepted payment methods are cash, EFTPOS, or valid studio vouchers.
-Vouchers must be physically presented on the day of your appointment.
-Tips are appreciated but not expected and are cash only.
If a payment cannot be processed:
The client is responsible for arranging payment immediately, including contacting a third party if required.
Bank transfer may be accepted at the studio’s discretion.
If payment is not successfully completed and the client leaves the studio, this will be treated as theft of services, and the appropriate authorities will be notified.

Support Person
Clients are welcome to bring one support person to their appointment if needed.
-The support person must remain quiet and respectful during the session.
-They must follow all studio rules, including no interference with the artist or equipment.
-Children or additional guests are not permitted in the studio at any time.
By attending with a support person, you agree to these conditions.
Under 16s in the Studio
For safety and hygiene, anyone under 16 years old is not permitted in the studio during appointments.
-If a client arrives with a child under 16, the appointment will not go ahead.
-If a child is present while waiting for a babysitter, tattooing will not start until the child has left the studio.
-Full appointment charges still apply in these cases.
Exceptions are not permitted
Booking Fee
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
-The amount is set by the artist and must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation.
-Booking fees are per person and non-refundable.
-Payment of the booking fee secures your appointment date; if the fee is not received within 24 hours, the appointment is not confirmed.
-Booking fees are deducted from your total tattoo cost.
