This form is for approved 501C/non-profit organizations ONLY. If you are in one of the following three categories, click on the link to switch to the appropriate form.

Vendors may set up any or all days of the volleyball tournament March 6-15, 2026.  

Note:

• Free vendor space is provided for approved 501c corporations. If you are not a 501c, you cannot use this form to register. Return to top of this page to select appropriate vendor registration form.
• Vendors are limited to a maximum of 2 persons working their booth.
• VENDOR STAFF MUST HAVE A VALID LAKE COMO BACKGROUND CHECK ON FILE. BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM, please contact the Lake Como office at 813-949-1810 ext. 0, daily between 10 am and 6 pm, to perform the background check for all vendor personnel. You will get a 7 digit file number for each person, that you will need to enter on the form below.
• Vendor personnel are allowed only in the West Grove Sport Center volleyball area during the tournament for the purpose of staffing their booth only. Vendor personnel who wish to use any other Lake Como facilities are subject to payment of the resort's customary day use fees. Vendor personnel who wish to play in the tournament must pay the relevant tournament fee.
• All vendor requests are subject to compliance with community standards.
