This form is to register to attend the event as a spectator with access to the North Grove ONLY from 10 am to 4 pm Saturday Oct. 18, 2025, if you have previously visited Lake Como, and have a background check on file. You will need to call the office at 813-949-1810 ext. 0 to obtain your seven digit background check file number to complete this form.

- Lake Como residents, members and registered resort guests are allowed as spectators in the show area without registration.
