Your service options
Fenix-Store is happy to service your warranty claim even if your light is purchased from a different retailer. You may choose Option 1 or 2 if your light is under warranty. If your light is not under warranty, please select Option 3.
1) Fenix-Store will keep your light and provide store credit for its value. Store credit value is equivelent to the base value of the flashlight minus deductions based on condition. If you select this option a return label will be provided for you.
- Base value is equal to the current price of the product on Fenix-Store.com, or the price listed on the provided receipt (from a reputable seller).
- We try not to deduct credit whenever possible. Deductions to credit will only be made for lights with moderately heavy wear. The maximum deduction is 25% and will only be applied in cases of heavy wear.
- If you do not already have a Fenix-Store customer account, one will be created for you based on the information you have filled in above.
2) Fenix-Store's licensed repair center can fix your light for you at no cost. Please be aware that the turnaround time for repairs depends on a number of different factors including repair center workload and parts availability. An average repair takes about two weeks to complete. No return labels are provided for repair orders but we will cover shipping back to you.
3) If your light is outside the full-coverage warranty period it may still be able to be repaired but there will be a fee for any parts that are replaced. No return label will be provided but there will be no charge for repair labor and we will cover the cost of shipping back to you.
