Smile Cookie Pre-order Form

From April 28th to May 4th, 2025, Tim Hortons will be hosting their annual Smile Cookie Campaign. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley has has been selected to be the recipient at 4 Langley locations. 100% of the revenue (not just proceeds) from every smile cookie and smile cookie pin sold are given directly to our 1:1 and group mentorship programs. Each dozen is $24. To pre-order, complete this form and submit it no later than 5pm the day before to your specified pick up (or delivery) date & time. Payment is due upon pickup. If you are paying it forward, we will connect with you to arrange payment.
