Cancelation/ Rescheduling
Monthly block lessons are reserved as a weekly time slot for the athlete. If an athlete is unable to attend all of their scheduled weekly lessons for the upcoming month, please notify Nicole by email at langmanfarms@hotmail.com prior to the last Thursday of the current month.
If notice is provided by the deadline, the athlete’s lessons for the following month will be billed on a pay-as-you-go basis rather than as a monthly block. This option is intended to accommodate families who know in advance that they will be unable to attend each weekly lesson and eliminates the need for individual lesson cancellations.
Lessons will not be rescheduled or made up if an athlete is unable to attend for any reason, including illness, injury, vacation, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.
If a lesson must be canceled by the Langman Farms & Equestrian Centre team due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a make-up lesson will be provided.
The make-up lesson will be offered on one designated make-up date, and this will be the only date available for the missed lesson. If the athlete is unable to attend the designated make-up date, no additional make-up lesson or credit will be provided.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain a consistent and fair lesson schedule for all of our athletes and families.
