Lapeer Athletic Boosters Team Funding Application

Founded in 2011, Lapeer Athletic Boosters, serving Lapeer High School athletic teams, raises money to support our athletic teams in securing the needed equipment to compete. We raise funds through special events and concessions. Lapeer Athletic Boosters will consider grant requests to all athletic department qualified athletic teams. Applications must meet all requirements prior to receiving grant funds. Eligibility The following requirements must be met in order for a program to receive funding: The athletic team must be recognized as such by the LHS athletic department. The team has not received funding through the application process during the same fiscal The team must complete and submit all documents one week prior to the Booster meeting. The proposed funding must not be for individual items that are personalized per player. The Lapeer Athletic Boosters does not support team tickets, transportation or entry fees. A team representative must be present at 2/3 of the general membership monthly meetings.

Teams are eligible for one funding request award per school year.

Projected budget needs to be submitted with your funding request. Budgets can be projected for the school year of application and must include the following information; revenue, expenses and projected fundraisers.
