  • CAMPGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.Designated Parking Only: All camping trailers and RVs must be parked in designated campground areas. Any exceptions require prior approval from fairgrounds personnel.

    2. No Subletting: Campsites are strictly non-transferable and cannot be sub-let to others for any purpose.

    3. Permit Display: All issued permits must be clearly visible at all times for emergency, security, and fairgrounds personnel.

    4. Check-In Required: All units must check in with campground personnel prior to parking or setup. Any site occupied without approval may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

    5. Damage Reporting: Any damage to campground amenities—including electrical pedestals, water hydrants, sewage hookups, showers, or toilets—must be reported immediately to campground personnel.

    6. Site Cleanliness: Campers are responsible for keeping their site and surrounding areas clean. All garbage and rubbish should be disposed of in designated receptacles.

    7. Noise and Behavior Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. Disruptive behavior, including loud, threatening, or unsafe actions, will result in eviction from the campground without refund.

    8. Age Requirement: The person reserving the campsite must be at least 21 years old.

    9. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but must be up-to-date on vaccinations as required by local and state laws. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior, cleaning up after them, and ensuring they are leashed and under control at all times.

    10. Liability Disclaimer: The campground is not responsible for damages or losses due to power outages, water or sewage issues, faulty hookups, weather, or camper negligence.

    11. Payment Terms: Payment must be made on the predetermined due date each month for those with monthly reservations, typically on the same day each month. Failure to pay on time may result in revocation of the campsite permit.

    12. Fairgrounds Management Rights: Fairgrounds management reserves the right to evict any participant, spectator, or group without warning if rules and guidelines are not followed or if behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive to others. Non-compliance with these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises, forfeiture of any fees paid, cost of collection, and potential banning from future use of the fairgrounds.
