1. Review the club information below, paying close attention to eligible grade levels and meeting days.
2. SELECT the club(s) your student will attend. Students may sign up for a maximum of two per day.
3. The maximum enrollment for each club varies. Once the maximum enrollment has been reached, your student will be placed on a WAITLIST.
4. You will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL after completing this online form. Additional information will be sent home by club sponsors prior to the first meeting.
5. Once clubs have begun, students are expected to maintain GOOD CLUB ATTENDANCE. Poor attendance will result in them being dropped from the club roster to allow a waitlisted student to attend.
6. Club meeting dates, sponsors, admission criteria, etc. are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Sponsors will do their best to communicate any changes as soon as possible.
