Thank you for your interest in applying for funding from Las Candalistas. Please review and follow these instructions carefully to ensure your application is complete and meets our criteria.
⚠️ Before You Begin: Save Your Work
The form does not automatically save your progress. We strongly recommend drafting your responses in a separate document before starting the form. This will help prevent loss of information due to connection issues or accidental page refreshes.
1. Program Description and Performance Commitment
Provide clear, detailed responses describing the services and activities your organization will deliver with the requested funds.
Performance is required. Grant payments are contingent on your organization’s ability to carry out the proposed activities. Non-performance may negatively impact future funding eligibility.
Please note that grant funds are typically distributed in June of the year following your application. Funding amounts are dependent on the success of our fundraising efforts, so we cannot guarantee that your organization will receive the full amount requested.
2. Acknowledge Community Partnership
By applying, your organization agrees to become a community partner of Las Candalistas. As a partner, you consent to having your organization’s name, logo, and website shared via our social media, newsletters, and other communication platforms.
3. Attach Required Files
Be sure to include the following with your completed form:
- Proof of 501(c)(3) status
- Total program budget for the specific initiative you're requesting funding for
- Organization Logo
- At least one photo that represents the program for which you are requesting funding
4. Submit a Follow-Up Report
Grant recipients are required to submit a brief report within one year of receiving funds. The report should outline how the funds were used and the impact they made on your program and community.
5. Review Before Submission
Double-check your responses and ensure all attachments are included.
Incomplete or inaccurate applications may not be considered.
