In this wonderfully restful Day Retreat, expect to fully switch off and recharge your batteries within the beautiful setting of the Barn Studio & Grounds, Harewood Estate, Leeds.
We will start the morning with a gentle stretching class to relax in to our body and let go of any tension, bringing mind and body connection together as we breath deeply in to our bodies promoting soothing ripple effects on our nervous system, sending our bodies and minds in to a state of peace.
I will guide you through 5 different meditations throughout the day, all different themes but helping you practice being in a meditative state, where all feels well and in flow. The variety of meditations will bring about many different benefits from tapping in to the beautiful qualities within you, activating anything that you need right now, and cleansing all of your chakras (the 7 main energy centres of the body)
Through breath awareness and allowing our minds to drift off in to a state of peacefulness with each meditation, we recharge our mind & bodies which brings us in to a state of feeling calm yet energised.
After stopping between meditations for herbal tea, homemade sweet treats and a tasty lunch break, we will have a mindful walk through the back paths of the estate (weather permitting!)
We will then return to the mats for the afternoon, where I will guide you through our Autumn reflection, to tune our minds to all that we are grateful for to raise our mood and energy.
Finishing the day with my signature mindfulness experience, where I guide you through all the 5 main senses of your body, bringing you peacefully in to the present moment; as presence is where your happy power is :-)
This day combines gentle stretching, meditations, positive reflection and mindfulness to bring you ultimately in to your best sense of self, so that you leave feeling calm, deeply rested, energised and uplifted.
