K.A.P.D. Cheer Registration Form

As a former professional cheerleader I’m excited to introduce you to KAPD Cheer; Year round program that’s NOT focused on competition cheer, but on providing unique opportunities for our athletes to perform and grow.

Our squad has cheered for the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA), marched in the Benson Day, Cinco De Mayo & St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and we did the opening tunnel and spirit chant at the 500+ All Girls Matter EmpowerHER Conference as well as StandUP for Girls • Girls Inc 50th & 51st Anniversary, we cheered for the MYLF last fall season. Perfomed at the SOKA Festival with Football for the World; we had the opportunity to do the High 5 Tunnel for the SuperNova’s and be on the sidelines at the Bellevue, Bruins and UNO ™ basketball games, also getting to perform a halftime show at the college of Saint Mary’s. We did a spirit tunnel for the Nebraska Interscholastic Cycling League and perfomed on the feild at an Omaha Beef Game. Whew we have been busy 🙌🏽.

In between these exciting events, we dedicate our time to building confidence, enhancing performance skills, and working on strength, conditioning, flexibility, tumbling, and stunt, being ladylike and so much more. Our focus is on developing well-rounded athletes who shine both on and off the field.

We also have a KAPD (Keith Athletic Player Development) for BOYS age5-18. Coached by former professional, NFL / CFL football player Kenton Keith.

Location: 2811 N 45th Street - In the Girls INC Building.
