    The Parade will be on Saturday September 20th 2025! WE MUST follow Cal Trans and local law enforcement agencies guidelines for the Parade. RULES:  All entries MUST register at the Premier Valley Bank registration table between 7:45 a.m. -8 a.m. PARKING is allowed in the Parade staging area at Premier Valley Bank, drop off only for children and mobility challenged persons. Horse trailers MUST  park at the Medical Clinic (entrance is to the left of Mountain Sage Nursery).For horse entries: NO trailers are allowed to be parked at Premier Valley Bank, horses and riders only at the Parade staging area. You’ll receive your parade placement number and line-up map at the registration table on the day of the parade. IN ADDITION TO RIDERS, ALL HORSE ENTRIES WITH RIDERS UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST HAVE A WALKER TO LEAD THE HORSE. Walkers are recommended for all other riders but not required. Junior entries must be accompanied by an adult, no exceptions. RIDERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST WEAR A HELMET. Floats cannot be wider than 8 feet, no exceptions. Absolutely NO throwing OR distribution of ANY item during the parade due to safety reasons. Our goal is to make this event friendly to all. In the spirit of celebrating the entire community, we require that you keep any advertising and other displays appropriate for this event. You may advertise your business as mentioned in your parade application. The last entry must leave Premier Valley Bank by 9:50 a.m. as parade must be completed by 10:00 so road can be opened back up. PARADE ROUTE RULES: 1. Entering and exiting of parade entries must be done at designated areas as outlined below: VEHICLES will exit parade left at Ferretti Road. WALKERS will exit parade at Mary Laveroni Park. HORSES and other animal entries will exit parade at the last (eastern most) entrance to Mary Laveroni Park and wait until parade is over. At the end of the parade, horses and riders will take horses up Back Street (between Iron Door and Groveland Hotel) to Powder House Rd. to the trailers in the Medical Clinic. Horses CANNOT go further down Hwy 120 (Main Street) than Back Street.2. ALL ANIMAL entries must clean up waste (continuously during the parade, not later).3. The Parade is limited to ONE LANE ONLY and all directions and instructions given by traffic control or parade staff must be abided by. There will be parade and traffic control staff at all locations of exit. PARADE WINNERS will be announced and trophies will be awarded on the Stage in Mary Laveroni Park. Time to be announced. Electronic Signature will be collected as a part of this form showing reading of and agreement to these terms.
