  • Terms and Conditions

    Confidentiality: All client information and birth details will be kept confidential and will not be shared without explicit consent.

    Scope of Practice: The doula will provide emotional, physical, and informational support but will not perform clinical tasks such as medical examinations or diagnosis.

     

  • Payment Schedule

    Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at the signing of this contract to secure your booking.

    Prenatal Visits: 30% of the total fee is due before the first prenatal visit.

    Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the estimated due date.

    Payment Methods: We accept payments via Cash, Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.]

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels more than 3 weeks before the due date, 80% of the total fee (minus the deposit) will be refunded. If the client cancels within 3 weeks of the due date, no refund will be provided.

    Cancellation by Doula: If the doula is unable to attend the birth due to unforeseen circumstances, a qualified backup doula will be provided. If a backup doula is not available, a full refund will be given, including the deposit

  • Additional Services and Outsourcing

    Additional Services
    Photography: $250+
    Encapsulation: $350+
    Birthing Mementos: $200+


    Outsourcing Terms

    Third-Party Providers: Certain additional services, such as photography, encapsulation, and birthing mementos, may be outsourced to trusted third-party providers. We will coordinate and facilitate these services on your behalf.


    Liability and Quality Assurance: While we select reputable third-party providers, we are not liable for their performance, quality of service, or any issues that may arise.
    Any agreements or contracts with these providers are separate from this doula contract.

    Client Consent: By opting for these additional services, you agree to the involvement of third-party providers.
    You will be provided with the contact information and details of these providers upon request.

    Payment Terms: Payments for additional services will be collected by us and forwarded to the respective providers. Any disputes regarding these services should be addressed directly with the third-party provider.
