HELLO!
We are excited about the start of our BALL4ALL Hoods Basketball Session.
This is a 18+ turn up and play session there will be supervision but the aim is to get as many people playing basketball as possible.
To train indoors during a but we must adhere to certain rules. We will manage the safety of players as our primary objective.
We ask that you do not come if:
They have been sent home from work and have been asked to isolate.
They have been incontact with anyone who has Covid-19 in the last 14 days.
They have a loss of smell or taste.
They have a new and persistant cough.

8.00PM-10.00PM

SIGN UP AND REGISTRATION
The session £5 per person per week.
We have tried to make this as simple as possible. On completion of this form we will ask you to make the a payment of £10.00
This is a one off insurance contribution of £5 and your 1st session.
You can also choose to make an upfront payment for the 6 weeks which including membership fee. In total this is £35.00
There after you can make a payment in cash on arrival on the day
