Lee University Off-Campus Eligibility

First and second year students are required to live in on-campus residence halls. To be eligible to move off campus, students must meet one of the requirements below. In addition, they must also have a 2.0 GPA or above and must not have outstanding accountability hours.
The deadline to submit this form for the Spring 2026 semester and receive your $200 housing deposit back is November 1st. If you are submitting this form after November 1st, you may still be approved (if eligible) but will forfeit your deposit.

Since you do not meet the requirements to live off-campus, you will be automatically denied. In your denial email, you will receive appeal paperwork that you must submit in full if you are attempting to receive an exemption. Please note that this is rare and reviewed on a bi-weekly basis by our Appeal Committee. For now, please briefly state why you are hoping to move off-campus prematurely.
