    THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE MARKET BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION:

    • This is an exclusively handmade only market, it is mandatory that all of our artisans are the creators and designers of their products.
    • Although we love all businesses there will be no booth/table sharing between multiple businesses
    • To help raise money for our charity of choice, a door prize product donation of $25+ is requested by all vendors
    • There is no early pack up allowed regardless of selling out, please plan accordingly
    • Setup will occur from 12-4:30pm, vendors need to be setup by 4:30pm for advertising and ready to be open to the public by 5pm, NO VENDORS ARE ALLOWED TO SETUP BEFORE NOON.
    • We will open for vendors on Saturday at 9am, vendors must be at their table and ready for the public by 9:45am
    • Venue will be locked over night, however products left on location is at your own risk.
    • Only product(s) listed on your application will be accepted on the day of the market. If you intend to sell any different product(s) you MUST email an updated list two (2)weeks prior to the event for approval. We do not want to oversaturate any of the categories to make the event successful and profitable for each vendor.
    • All food vendors are responsible for submitting all documents to the Northern Artisan Makers email at least 2 weeks prior to market date and to have same documents present at the market if needed.
    • Any bath and body products* (any product applied or touching skin) must have a Cosmetic Indentification Number (CIN) or Cosmetic Notification Form (CNF) and be submitted to the Northern Artisan Makers email as least 2 weeks prior to the market date.
    • The Northern Artisan Makers is not reponsible for any lost, stolen or damaged products. In signing and submitting this vendor application you absolve the Northern Artisan Makers from any liability pertaining to you or your product
    • While we understand cancellations do occur, refunds will only be honoured up to two weeks prior to the day of the market
    • You will be contacted by email if your application is accepted, payment will need to be submitted within 48hrs to secure your spot or it will be given to the next vendor on the waitlist.
    • Submitting an application is not acceptance or guarantee of a spot at the market.

    • We’ve observed an increasing number of Makers who are including and exhibiting items/products that fall outside of the category they apply under.

      Examples: Maker applies under ‘art’, but is also exhibiting ‘clothing’ or Maker applies under ‘candles’, but is also exhibiting ‘bath / body’.
