  • This form is primarily for events/gatherings that require assistance with promotion to the church body. If you are planning a meeting/gathering that does NOT require promotion, please use this form: Meeting (No Promo) Form

    Please Note- Specific wording in promotion - If you have specific, descriptive words, phrases etc that you would like used in the promotion of your function, please make sure to enter that on this form! Also, please remember that Life Church has the final edits in promotional wording. It is our desire to partner with you to accurately communicate your event to the body!

    • PROMOTION & MARKETING - Life Church has many ways we promote events, gatherings etc! Included but not limited to: The Weekly Email, Sunday Announcements, Social Media & more. Your function will be promoted through our process. Please select any additional items needed:

    • Rooms are provided set up "AS IS" and it is the Ministry Leader's responsibility to see that the space is cleaned up and returned to it's "normal" set up (tables, chairs, etc) at the end of your function. Each space has different equipment and furniture.  Detailed specifications will be provided for you prior to your event. Should you need additional furnishings for your function, please see the table below.
