    This year every room has an ocean view and a kitchen! 

    Other changes to note if you have been before: This will be a more intimate setting, using small groups to connect and process.  We will offer an open encounter room space, and more opportunity to experience God's love for you!

    Saturday and Sunday Breakfast | Provided in your room: A protein, carb and assorted breakfast items.  bring anything else you may want!

    PLEASE NOTE: Every room has a full kitchen; bring additional food items you may need. Additionally, the resort has a restaurant and a coffee bar. 

     There is an Indoor Pool that will be open till midnight.

    Every suite has a deck with an ocean view.

    There are 3 different room options. Please pay attention to which one you are signing up for, as they are different prices. Details on rooms are below.

  • ROOMMATE SELECTION

    When registering for your room, each person must register individually. If you have already chosen a roommate(s), each of you must list each other’s name when registering to confirm your choice. 

    FOR THE SUITES: If you have a group of people sharing please list all names of the 4 or 5 included. (5 people means king bed is shared).

    If you don't have a roommate, we will assign one for you.

    There is a VERY limited number of single occupancy rooms available.

  • PAYMENT INFORMATION

    Payment Options -- when submitting this registration, you will pay $85. The balance due can be paid in full or in payments.

    After we receive your registration payment, you will receive an email with the various payment options.

    Payment plans can begin in October( if registered by then) and can end no later than February.

    Please note: if you are registering in December, your payment plan will be 3 payments and begin in December on either the 15th or 25th.

    1. You must register only one person per form, so we have each registered person's information. If you are registering for someone else, ie: daughter etc, please use ALL THEIR PERSONAL information, including email etc so we can communicate with each participant.

    2. Your non-refundable registration fee will be processed immediately.

    Payment options for the balance due will be sent via email starting in October if registered by then. Payment plans can begin in October if registered, and payments are broken up into 4 or less payments depending upon when you registered.
