  • Thank you for wanting to reactivate your membership at lifeLEISURE. To enable the reactivation on your membership account please complete the following details. This will then be passed to the team who will reactivate your account and confirm via email, this may take up to 3 working days. The membership will be reactivated onto the original agreement you were on and will be confirmed via email.

    Your membership will enable access to all the following centres inclusive of gym, swim* & classes on the Premium membership retaining your membership monthly fee:

  • If you are not the account holder, require a counter signatory to authorise Direct Debits from the account, or you do not wish to set up Direct Debits online, you will need to arrange an appointment to come into your chosen centre to complete you membership.
