I here by acknowledge and agree that if the Influencer and Lillagunga enters into an agreement, both parties have agreed upon a compensation which is considered to be fair and sufficient to cover their costs and work. The parties will separately agree on the compensation and content to be exchanged by the parties.
Unless otherwise agreed, Lillagunga has the right to use the media produced by the Influencer for marketing purposes. Marketing purposes includes digital and printed media used in Lillagunga's own and/or partner's marketing channels. Both parties are obliged do deliver the agreed content (media, product, work) within the agreed timeframe. In the Influencers case the produced content shall be of such quality that it can be considered to be at the same level of his/her previous publications and work.
If either party fails to deliver what has been agreed upon, the other party has the right to withdraw from the agreement and require that content (media, product, work) already delivered will be returned or compensated.
