Posting a Member Special Offer

Offering (and posting) an IndiePet Member Special
We are offering a NEW Member Special and want to be included in the next Member Specials communication. (Emailed on the 2nd of the month)
Reminder: Offers and Promos posted on your directory listing are assumed to be available to IndiePet Retail Members only. This includes "Show Specials".

If you want your listing tagged as offering IndiePet members a SUPERZOO show special in our PRINTED show directory, the deadline to let us know is July 18. You do not have to have your special finalized, but we do need to know in order to tag your listing in our printed show directory.

Your digital directory listing will be similarly tagged for the duration of the special.

Remember:

If you are offering a Show Special for IndiePet Members, it should be in addition to your regular show special. For example, if your regular trade show special is 10% off, then IndiePet Members should get an additional x% off.

How will your offer be posted?

Please enter a concise description of the offer. REQUIRED. If you do not provide a description for the description field, we will make one up as an offer cannot be posted without a description.
Please describe any restrictions on the offer (e.g., new customers only, quantity limit, etc.)
Please describe how a retail member would redeem the offer. If you use a QR code to an order sheet or URL, you will be able to upload the code below. Please note that we cannot post price sheets or order forms.
Please upload an image to include with your special offer. The ideal size is 750 x 400px. You may also include a QR code to an order form or email or URL. Please do not upload PDF files or Excel files. We cannot post those.

To have your logo included in the monthly email announcing new special offers, you must have your information uploaded for IndiePet to post by NOON on the 30th of the prior month. Eg., if you promo is for the month of June, IndiePet must know you'll be posting - or must receive your offer to post for you BY NOON ON MAY 30.

We will remove any expired offers at that time.

IndiePet does not have a way to track who redeems your offers, but we will do our best to ensure that retailers know about them!

Login to your IndiePet member account.

Go to the tab called Special Offers.

NOTE: If you do not see the Special Offers tab, it is because you are not the primary member on the account. In that case, we are happy to post your special for you and the upload field will be displayed when you select the option to have IndiePet post for you.

You may add any type of offer you wish at any time you wish, giving you greater control over the content and duration of your special offers. The only criteria is that the offer be available to IndiePet Members Only.

Please include the following:
- A high-resolution digital image (png) showing the item(s) on special
  - Image should show the product clearly and contain minimal text. The maximum size is 20mb. Landscape format looks the best but portrait is acceptable.
- A concise description of the special offer. REQUIRED. If you do not enter a description in the description field, your special will not post even if saved.
- A title. Recomended but not required.
- Any pertinent information including:
  - Expiration date if the offer is time constrained
  - Restrictions (if applicable) E.g., new customers only; quantity limits, etc.
- Process for redeeming the offer (e.g., a name/email of sales rep, a QR code to order form or ordering info, a printable coupon for redemption, etc.) Price sheets and order forms cannot be posted. Our system does not allow XLS files, PDF files or live links (URLs) to be posted on the Special Offers tab. They may be linked to via a QR code.
If you are posting your offer and want your logo included in our monthly email announcing new special offers, please have your offer posted by NOON on the 30th of the Prior Month OR use this form to let us know you'll have an offer posted and makes sure it is posted by the first of the month.

If IndiePet will be posting for you, please have your offer content and images uploaded via this form by NOON on the 30th of the prior month.
