I understand that once balloons are delivered and installed and/or picked up, Pop & Polished Events is no longer responsible for those balloons. Pop & Polished Events is responsible for balloons that are damaged during the delivery/install and will be replaced and/or refunded when fitting. *
Hanging hooks and painters tape will be used on all balloon garlands needing to be attached to a wall, unless client prefers a different way. Pop & Polished Events is not responsible for any wall/paint damage when client removes hooks and tape.
I acknowledge that Pop & Polished Events cannot guarantee balloons will last a certain amount of time due to various weather factors. Pop & Polished Events recommends for summer installs to be installed in the shade or indoors for best results. All balloons in heat & humidity will oxidize.
