If you would like to request a specific artist at our studio, please see their profile on our website for their tattoo request form. If they do not have a form button on their page, they are not accepting new pieces at this time.

We will review your form as soon as possible and forward it off to any suitable artist(s) available at our studio. Please allow up to 4 days for a response, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are looking for a tattoo within the next 4 days, please fill out the form and call the studio at 604-738-3667.

Please note, we will not tattoo anyone who is pregnant or nursing without the note from a physician.
