All pieces submitted to Children's Christmas Cheer must be available for purchase. Any unsold pieces can be picked up at 6pm on December 20, 2015 at Foundry Room. Artists will recieve 100% of their set price unless otherwise indicated on this form; donated portions will go towards the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation.

All pieces must be submitted before December 1, 2015.

We can customize your print onto 4"x6" postcards which you are able to sell at the art show. The cost for 50 postcards is $25. All postcards will be priced at $2 with one dollar going towards the artist and the other dollar to the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation.
