Membership

 $50 per person 

$25 for each additional family member.

• Family Members include only immediate household
• Membership must be paid by Jan 1 to be eligible for year end awards
• You must attend 4 of the 7 jackpots to qualify for awards.
• You must be a member to compete in all events except the open barrel racing. 
• We are a volunteer organization. All members are expected to volunteer and help throughout the day

Release, discharge, and covenant not to sue COBRA Board of directors, stock contractors, arena directors or the Crook County Fairgrounds along with agents or employees of the listed (hereinafter collectively referred to as "releasees") from any and all claim and liability arising out of strict liability or ordinary negligence of releasees of any other participant which causes the undersigned injury, death or property damage. We, the undersigned, hold releasees harmless and to indemnify releasees from any claim, judgement or expenses releasees may incur arising out of any of the activities that may be participated in. The undersigned agrees that the rules contained in the COBRA rulebook will be followed and agrees that all decisions of any disputes made by the Board of Directors are final and conclusive.
