I agree to abide by the rules of the pageant, that the judges decision is final, in the event of ties, judges may split ties, that the contestant and his/her guests will conduct themselves in good sportsmanlike conduct and that I will not hold Buford Band, its Association, the pageant staff, or Buford City Schools responsible in any way for accidents, loss or damages incurred, before, during or after the pageant. I hereby assign and grant to the LMB and LMSGA the right and permission to publish my child's name, photo/video/audio, and other electronic reservations for use in current and future promotions, publications, social media, advertising, press, and/or media coverage. I further agree that I, as the parent/guardian, am responsible for the health and well-being of my minor child(ren) as they participate throughout the course of the pageant and all pageant activities. If registering for the Little Miss Buford title, I attest that my child is a full time resident of Buford or attends the Buford City Schools.
