All license-required activity, such as locking the loan, will be the responsibility of the broker. Fees for this service start at $750 per file and will beagreed upon on a per file basis. *This service is billed directly to the broker after closing and funding! Brokers pay Loans By Ashleigh LLC directly for Licensed LOA services.
