Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before submitting your application:

• Setup begins at 8am on the morning of each event in the parking lot in front of Local LEX Market (439 Southland Drive) in Lexington. Makers/Vendors will check in with Local LEX personnel upon arrival and be directed to their assigned space. Loadout is possible directly at the booth location, but vehicles should be moved to designated parking area as soon as possible and no later than 8:30am.

• Makers/Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth furnishings (tent/canopy, tables, weights, chairs, etc.). LOCAL LEX MARKET WILL NOT PROVIDE CHANGE.

• Makers/Vendors are responsible for collecting their own payments through whatever means they deem appropriate to them. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE LOCAL LEX PROCESS YOUR PAYMENTS, you MUST CONTACT LOCAL LEX MARKET AHEAD OF TIME to explore options.

• All participating makers/vendors are responsible for marketing/advertising the event and are encouraged to do so. Local LEX Market makes no guarantees beyond what is contained in this document relating to its activities to promote the event. We cannot provide electric. Make sure if you need electricity, you have a generator.

• Makers/Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local LEX Market, LLC, its members, and employees, as well as the owners of the property upon which these vents will take place. All liability arising from your participation in this event, including but not limited to, interactions with other vendors/makers and customers, remains with the vendor/maker.

• These are “rain or shine” events. Local LEX Market cannot offer refunds due to inclement weather or other developments. In the event that Local LEX Market cancels an event, fees paid for that event only will be refunded within 30 days of the scheduled event. You can not move your fee to another date. No REFUNDS!

• Local LEX Market cannot be held liable for developments beyond its control, such as cancellation of food trucks or other promotional activities associated with these events.

Smoking is NOT permitted at or near your tents. If you need a cigarette break, go to the public sidewalk along Southland Drive. Please be respectful of patrons and other vendors. "Stash your ashes" pick up after yourself and leave no trace.

Remember we are a functional faire event! This means you are working a business. business casual attire is expected, which in our minds means no PJ's, and no vulgar or promiscuous attire. Thank you for your cooperation.
