LOCnificent Fest - 2023 Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the LOCnificent Fest 6.0. LOCnificent Fest is an annual day party, with a festival flair, geared towards the celebration of locs/dreadlocks and natural hair. The event will feature DJ sets, live performances, a loc'd & natural hair show, live hair demonstrations, live hair styling and food and merchandise vendors.

DATE: Sunday, October 6, 2024

TIME: 3pm – 9pm

LOCATION: Crown Hill Theatre, 750 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11216

Application deadline is Wednesday August 14, 2024. Applicants will be contacted no later than Monday, August 19th to let them know if they have been selected.

Vendor fees range from $150 - $350 and are due upon application approval and no later than Friday, August 30th. If the fee is not recieved by the deadline, your space will be given to a vendor on the waitlist. The fee includes one (1) 6x3 table and two (2) chairs. A larger vendor space is available upon request and for an additional fee.

LOGISTICS

Vendor set-up will be at 12PM. This event is being held at an indoor, ground floor venue, so loading should not be an issue. It is recommended that you prep your station with lighting that does not require electricity. Lights might be dimmed the last 2-3 hours of the event.
Vendors are responsible for their own display setup, i.e. tablecloths. Displays should not extend outside of the designated space provided. Example: Racks, displays, banners, etc., cannot extend outside of Vendor Space. Fashion vendors with clothing racks, and other large displays please email us to discuss options.
Food vendors are required to have a relevant licences.
Open flames are not allowed but electric stoves are premitted.
