    BEFORE accepting our proposal CAREFULLY ☝ read and accept our house rules, which are fundamental to us, and infringing them means immediately leaving the apartment and/or losing the deposit.

    Please understand that our rules are for the tenants convenience and to make them have a good and relaxing stay!

    Please note this is a private bedroom in a shared apartment with other workers ⚒(some of them lives here all year)  

    Our apartment is absolutely not the right accommodation for clubbers and party lovers. Our environment is one of tranquility and dignity, incompatible with clubbing and similar lifestyles. This is a sanctuary of order, rules for serious workers.

  • We love Pets, Bikes and Kids but they are not allowed in the apartment (indoor/ outdoor).
  • Always leave your room and common spaces clean and tidy
  • Don't forget to turn off lights and electronic devices when leaving a room.
  • Main entrance and living room are camera monitored for the guests safety. We also have a Smart Noise detector
  • All tenants registered in the house (empadronados) must provide a certificate of deregistration from the registry (Ayuntamiento) at the end of the rental contract in order to have their security deposit returned.
  • Guests are allowed to use kitchen but try to be minimally invasive for the other guests. Same for the bathroom (if is shared).
  • It's not allowed to introduce external people into the apartment, neither for a short stay. Only checked in guests. (talk with us for exceptions and permissions)
  • Using washing machine is permitted but with moderation. - Using oven is not permitted - at the moment is broken :(
  • Be respectful and considerate with noise. This is a quiet building. Be considerate of neighbors.
  • Guests are expected to wear clothing suitable for a public space within the apartment. Avoiding underwear or revealing attire in shared areas helps maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all.
  • Our apartment contains religious symbols, such as crosses or other signs, that hold significance to the Catholic faith. We ask guests to refrain from removing, altering, or disrespecting these symbols during their stay.
  • Smoking, drugs or drinking is NOT allowed (indoor/ outdoor)*
