PRIME Leaders Application
PrimeWay's Professional Resource Information Management Experience (PRIME) Leaders is established to cultivate future leaders, strengthening their financial, business, and leadership skills to facilitate career growth. The role of the young leaders in the PRIME Leaders program is to attend and participate in meetings of the PRIME Leaders as an uncompensated appointed volunteer. The PRIME Leaders Program provides a structure for introducing the credit union industry, finance, diversity, and leadership curriculum to help participants cultivate the skills needed to succeed. The Program is intended to allow young leaders to see what executive and community leadership positions require. The Program provides the PrimeWay Board an additional avenue to give back to our community, provide leadership growth, and develop potential new credit union leaders and volunteers for the future. PRIME Leaders is a one-year stand-alone program that does not represent or imply any subsequent volunteer opportunities will be extended.
