RE-INSTALLION OF HAIR PROVIDED BY A PREVIOUS STYLIST

On a case by case basis, Stylist (Kelsey O'Neil or Chelsey Quaas) will re-install hair that was provided by a previous stylist, whether the client is still wearing the hair or has taken hair out and still has the purchased hair from a licensed professional stylist. A consultation is REQUIRED prior to booking an appointment to check the quality of hair. Stylist will NOT re-install hair that was not purchased through a licensed professional stylist.

Client acknowledges that Stylist will not be held liable for any damage to the clients natiral or exension hair that is a result of the previous stylists method.

Stylist cannot guarantee the quaility or longeveity of the hair brought in by the client. If the extensions need to be colored and something goes wrong during the coloring process that is out of the Stylist control (due to the quality of extensions), the Stylist will not be responsible for replacing the extensions.

Client agrees to trust the Stylist's judgement about when it's time to purchase new hair. Extension hair for all futre installs must be purchased through the Stylist. Along with following the maintenance guide provided by Stylist.
