While we take great care in handling all eyewear, there is an inherent risk of damage to your frame due to age, previous wear, material condition, or manufacturer limitations.
Despite the careful handling by the optical team and lab, older or previously used frames may become compromised during the lens replacement process.
By signing below, you acknowledge and accept this risk and agree that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your frames during the insertion of new lenses. You understand that if damage occurs, you will be responsible for the cost of any replacement frames or additional services required.
