After you complete the registration form below; Jan Brown will send you an email with the link to the hotel and the phone number to reserve your room. You will make your reservations directly with Holiday Inn South. Our group code is GBC
You will need to secure your reservation with your credit card directly with Holiday Inn.
This will ensure the church does not pay for any non-canceled, no show reservations.

We have group space at the hotel held until May 11th. After the 11th the price could change, and rooms are no longer guaranteed. Please contact Jan Brown first (409-474-1190).
Local church members and friends will need to register for the conference. Your registration is required so that we have an accurate count for food and classes for the children.
All Conference expenses will be paid through free-will offerings
However, if you want to pay the hotel directly for your room, you MUST notify the clerk upon checking in. This will eliminate any confusion at check-out time. Also, if you do pay the hotel directly, please get a receipt and provide to GBBC So we can ensure credit to our bill.
