Photographs of Placement

Only required for coverups, working around existing tattoos or planning largescale work. Please upload a straight photograph in line with the camera (you may need assistance to get the right angle). I often arrange consultations for complex pieces so if your not comfortable we can do this in person.

Preferred appointment days*

Do you plan on using numbing cream?

Not something we provide or often advise using as it can cause complications. Always do a patch test on any new purchase and let me know if you are planning on using it so I can advise accordingly.

Are you on an medications or antibiotics?

Additional notes

Any other relevant details e.g. budget, accessibility, specific availability, planned holidays/activities that may interfere with healing time. If you like a calmer atmosphere I can offer a quiet environment on certain days.

All bookings require a deposit to be paid before a date can be reserved. Deposits are non refundable and redeemed when the tattoo is complete. Deposits can be transferred to a new date if a weeks notice is given. If you suspect you'll be unwell its better to rearrange than to wait for symptoms to improve. Failure to provide adequate notice or rearranging appointments more than 3 times will lead to your deposit being taken and a new one having to be put down to secure a new date.*

The legal age requirement for a tattoo is 18 years old. Failure to present a valid form of ID (passport or driving license) if prompted will result in your appointment being cancelled/rescheduled and your deposit will be lost.*

Due to many variables my work is charged at an hourly rate and I can only provide an estimated cost. This can sometimes be quite vague (especially in the early stages before any designs have been made). The final cost on the day will vary if the tattoo takes more time than estimated.*

Designs can be viewed a couple of days before the appointment. No changes can take place on the day so please inform me of any changes after viewing. I'm more than happy to make alterations but a full redraw may require an additional fee if you haven't communicated your ideas clearly or changed the idea without prior notice. Please be as descriptive as you can to ensure the design process runs smoothly or arrange a consultation to discuss in person.*

Thank you for taking the time to fill in this form. I'll be in contact via email with further details. I will always get back to enquiries but it could take some time if my diary is closed.

Consultations take place at 10am and usually last about 15 minutes. If this time is unsuitable I can arrange an affternoon booking on select days.

My diary is booked in 4 month slots so booking multiple sessions for largescale or detailed work is advised. Please note my style of tattooing is better suited to larger pieces. This is my preferred way of working and I'm very detail orientated. If choosing to book with me please be open to expanding your ideas if they are small or going bigger with the design to maximize potential.

Always research your artist and take the time to look through my work. I do a range of styles but my priority is to take on projects that reflect the themes I'm interested in. If I don't take on your idea it's only because it's not compatible with this and there may be other artists who are better suited.
