Items for your event should be placed as early as possible. To ensure we recieve the items we need to make you event a sucess, the latest date to book your event is three weeks before the event date. It will give us enough time to place an order for any additional items if needed. Events that are book less then 14 days before the event will be subject to a $100 rush fee. Once your deposit is received, your event is booked! That time slot is reserved for you and supplies will be ordered for you event.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
We Understands that life happens and things don't always go as planned. In the event you should need to cancel, the retainer fee is honored up to 6 months toward your rescheduled event. If the event is not rescheuled in that time period, the deposit will be forfeited and another nonrefundable deposit is needed to book another event. If in any event Balloonz DecorNmore need to cancel, we will issue you a full refund.
