Terms and Conditions:

Love Letters offers a different way to express your love. We are a yard card rental service that provides a customized love letter greeting for ONE day (unless otherwise noted). The payment provided and processed is an agreement to the following terms and conditions. Love Letters and representatives are not held responsible for liability as a result of injury or damage caused to personal property or any person while in the pocession of your rental. You release Love Letters from all liabilities by booking and paying.

Late Booking:

Booking 24-48 hours prior to your desired date will NOT guarantee that it will be processed. We will reach out to confirm. Confirmation will be determined based on schedule and available inventory. If we are unable to meet your need for the desired date, we will issue a refund or reschedule your booking for a later date that is desireable for both parties.

Set-Up/Removal:

All Love Letters will be installed the night before, or morning of, the date booked. They will be picked up the night of, or the following morning after install. Please do not remove the display.

Do not move, play, or mow near the rental.

Please turn off sprinklers, and make sure you mow and water your lawn prior to install. This will make sure we are able to make your Love Letters look as amazing as your recipient deserves.

You are responsible for all signs while on your property. If signs or equipment are missing or damaged, you will be charged for them.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

No cancellations allowed. Please make sure you are confident prior to booking. Even if you cancel, you will not be given a refund. (We special order certain themed pieces after you book with us, therefore we don't offer refunds for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.)

In the event of inclement weather (natural acts of Mother Nature beyond our control), we will NOT be able to install your Love Letter. Communication will be made and a credit will be given or we will reschedule your Love Letter for a later date.

No refunds will be given for any of the following reasons (things YOU can control):

Home Owners Association does not allow us to install (Please make sure your HOA allows this type of display.)

Pets/Yard Maintenance (Make sure your pets are put away while we are installing. Please also make sure your yard is free of trash, debris, and animal feces. We will NOT set up if it is not clear or if the grass is overgrown or unkept.)

Gated Community Not Allowing Access (We will reach out and make multiple attempts to enter your gated division, if we are unable to make contact or install your Love Letter, you will NOT be issued a refund.)

We understand some Love Letters will be installed at a different address (Recipient's) that is different from yours. Please inform the home owner 24 hours prior to us arriving.

If you enter the WRONG address, you will NOT receive a refund.

No refunds will be given for any circumstances that prevent us from setting up the Love Letter, that is beyond our control.
