  • To request a copy of a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) event report or an audio recording of a phone call, please complete the information below. As authorized by NCGS § 132-1.4(c), CAD records and audio recordings will be redacted or produced as an altered voice reproduction to protect the natural voice, name, address, phone number, or other information that may identify the caller, victim and/or witness.

    Requests will be processed in the order they are received and as promptly as possible; however, please allow a mimimum of 7 business days to complete the request.
