Terms and Conditions
The below terms and conditions are applicable to all transactions received by Leveraged Real Estate Solutions by said Agent.
Leveraged Real Estate Solutions is acting SOLELY as the Transaction Manager on all transactions received.
Leveraged Real Estate Solutions is NOT acting as the Broker of these transactions and, therefore, cannot be held accountable as such.
As your Transaction Manager, LRES promises to execute all tasks with reasonable effort and due diligence. LRES hours are Monday-Friday from 9-5. They will make every effort to respond after these hours, but will not be held responsible if not able to respond.
Agent will be responsible for ensuring cooperation with LRES Transaction Manager and Buyer/Seller to provide for a smooth transaction.
Transaction Management Fees: Agent agrees to pay $325 per transaction to Leveraged Real Estate Solutions on the date of closing. (All invoices are to be paid on the date of closing. A 5% late fee will be added if invoice is paid more than 3 days after closing date.)
Agent is conclusively responsible for collecting all appropriate signatures from the involved parties and delivering them to your LRES Transaction Manager.
LRES promises to keep all information that is received during each transaction confidential.
Agent acknowledges that they will follow all state and federal laws as applicable in the transactions and that they are appropriately licensed.
Leveraged Real Estate Solutions agrees to not solicit any of your or your client’s personal information for any real estate related business.
Agent agrees to exempt Leveraged Real Estate Solutions from any and all liabilities that could appear in any real estate transaction and broker agrees to protect LRES to the best of their ability from all claims, arguments, liabilities, and attorney fees that could appear in these transactions, or any false information given by third parties to LRES, or from any information that has failed to be disclosed to LRES.
