The Lowell Southeast Asian Water Festival invites businesses and community organizations to participate in the annual Water Festival on Saturday, August 15, 2026 by selling merchandise. The Water Festival attracts tens of thousands of people from all over the New England area, as well as, visitors from across the country and even the world.

We have a limited number of available booths. If you wish to take part in this event, please complete this Merchandise Booth Form & Contract and submit with full payment. Your request will be processed on a first come, first served basis. The Lowell Southeast Asian Water Festival will not process incomplete applications. Applications received after July 16th 2026 may be consideration at the discretion of the festival organizers and only if there are available booth spaces.
