2026 Performer Terms and Contract

Please read the below terms. By submitting this application, you agree to comply with these rules and regulations.

I must maintain all health and safety protocols as outlined by the City of Lowell, public health officials, the Department of Conservation & Recreation, and the state of Massachusetts.Festival performers are scheduled according to space and availability. Past performances does not guarantee inclusion in this year's festival. I understand there is a stage limit and will adhere to it. Performance time and duration will be finalized and settled after acceptance into the program.Selected participants will be contacted within 2 - 3 weeks of submission. Main stage scheduling is typically finalized 2 weeks before the event.I, or a member of the group, is responsible for the supervision of minor performers during the entire event. All performers must sign and submit WaiversThe group will check-in at the appropriate Performer's check-in tent at the stage at least 20 minutes prior to the performance. Stage schedule will be finalized prior to the start of the Water FestivalIf my group is chosen to perform, I understand that I may have to submit any supplementary material timely. An e-mail with requests will be sent upon selection. (Materials may include, a 300 dpi promo photo, photo consent and release, audio recording for stage performance, etc.)I understand that the Water Festival is a family-friendly event and will guarantee that the performance and music is age appropriate. Lyrics and music will be approved ahead of time and I understand that if the performance is deemed inappropriate, it may be stopped mid-performance during the Water Festival. (Clean music and culturally appropriate clothing only).
