LBSM Vendor Application

VENDOR FEE:

A 10ft x 10ft will be alloted per vendor (except food truck).

• $90 - Vendor booth (non-food)
• $120 - Shared vendor booth (non-food)
• $140 - Food Vendor Booth
• $150 - Food Truck vendor

***IMPORTANT:  NO-Refunds will be provided.  If you are a no-show on the day of the event or if you have to cancel you forfeit your fee.  Fees are used for marketing and event set up in order to help make each event be more successful, so please make sure you are available for the date you apply for.  

***Vendors participate at their own risk.  Sales are not gauranteed by LBSM.

Important Application Submission:

LB Street Market encourages small business and community networking.  We want to grow together and be supportive of one another, so help each other grow by promoting others.  We also want to express that we do not tolerate bullying or harrassment as this is a safe and positive space for all.

LBSM will do its best to rotate vendors to ensure you have the opportunity to showcase your product at our events.  We try to limit vendor product similarities to ensure we have a variety of products for our customers, so please be patient as we get to you.

• Please fill out entire form.
• You will recieve a confirmation email or DM on your Instagram if you have been accepted.

***Note: Vendor application does not gaurantee a spot in our event.  Applications are reviewed and selected based on customer needs and wants.  Fee must be paid within 24 hours of acceptance to ensure spot is reserved.  If you do not pay within the alloted time your spot will be given to the next vendor in line.

Booth Sharing:

If you have selected to share a booth please follow the instructions below.

• Contact person should be primary information.
• Fill out the following questions (Business Name & IG/FB Handles for second vendor)
• List both vendors products to be sold on the required section below.
• Upload pictures of both vendors on required section below.

***Note:  Both vendors will have to be approved.  

Vendor Equipment:

LBSM provides a 10x10 spot for each vendor and does not provide necessary setup equipment for vendors booth.  

Please bring your set up equipment which may include:

• 10x10 tent (required)
• table/s
• table cloth
• Clothing rack (if needed)
• Power generator
• Cardboard - for food vendors.  Your floor must be covered.

***Note:  LBSM does not provide electricity or lighting, nor any of the above items.

Consent to Photograph /Videotape / Interview Individuals Please read, date and provide your signature on the next pages Terms & Conditions I hereby agree and give my permission for Rise Asset Development and/or partners to record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Rise Asset Development website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the Rise Asset Development’s control. I agree that I will not hold the Rise Asset Development responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
