I hereby grant and understand that Luxx Lens Photography LLC, a Texas limited liability companies and the photographer may use my images (but not limited to) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.

COPYRIGHT & POLICIES* This field is required.As a client of Luxx Lens Photography LLC, a Texas limited liability companies, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Luxx Lens Photography, a Texas limited liability companies, said PHOTOGRAPHER; are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print or reproduce without PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session, along with high resolution digital files. I understand the print release does not allow altering images in any manner. Reproduction does include, downloading, saving to hard-drive, posting on personal websites/blogs/social media only with photographer acknowledgment and printing from said printers. Screenshots of proofs are allowed by permission. Booking and Payment I understand there is a non-refundable $150 commitment from the Client that secures a spot a on the Photographer's calendar. I understand if I cancel my session, I will forfeit my $150 deposit. If a session needs to be postponed or rescheduled by the Client, subject to the Photographer’s availability, all monies paid may be applied to the new session. If a session needs to be postponed by the client a second time, a new session rescheduling fee of $75 will be charged. Limit of Liability In the unlikely event that the Photographer is injured, becomes too ill, or has an emergency that prevents them from attending the session, the Photographer will make arrangements to reschedule the session. If a suitable day for rescheduling is not agreed upon, the Client agrees that responsibility and liability of the Photographer to the Client is limited to the return of all payments received for the session. By choosing "I Agree" I acknowledge I have both read, agree, and honor the statements above.

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES* This field is required.I understand that my session is not confirmed until the deposit and/or retainer is paid and confirmation from Luxx Lens Photography LLC, a Texas limited liability companies has been received. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographer’s discretions. Tardiness of my session may delay my session. I understand that I will be charged and additional $25 if I am more than 30 minutes late. If I need to reschedule, I will give contact prior to 48 hours’ notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. I understand that if I need to reschedule, the date that I choose may not be available and I may need to select another date that accommodates the photographer’s schedule.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT* This field is required.This is an agreement between Luxx Lens Photography LLC, a Texas limited liability companies and the Client. For your records, you will receive a copy of this agreement in your confirmation email after booking the service on the site. You will also receive an 'official detailed contract' to sign based on this agreement after booking the service. I agree and I understand the turnaround time of up to 14 business days. I understand there are no refunds, and the client is responsible for the full payment of services. If I do not pay in full, I understand late fees are $25/week. I understand communication must be done via email or a scheduled call through my client portal. I understand that I can schedule a call in my client portal. I understand an official contract will be sent for me to sign in the next steps after booking the service. I agree and understand prints are NOT included with this service, but can be added for a fee.
