Enrollment Requirement

The student-athlete must be enrolled in a degree credit class at Madison College inorder to participate.

To complete on an intercollegiate team they will need to be enrolled in at least 12 degree credits in their season of competion.

Physical & Insurance Requirement

A physical and/or sports physical is required in order to participate. A valid physical has to be dated within 13 months of the date of the final day of spring participation. We encourage you the student-athlete to get a physical from your own physician/provider if possible. If unable to do so they can get a sport physical at our on-campus Group Health Cooperative (GHC) community clinic. In order to do so a student-athlete needs to...

1. Visit the Madison College community clinic website to request a GHC member number and/or schedule your appointment

2. Request a copy of the sports physical form at the end of your appointment
