  • Customized Service Notice: We tailor each event experience to its unique requirements to ensure an elevated service standard. The pricing and details provided here represent typical event setups; however, certain venues, specialized service requests, or unique event logistics may require additional staffing and incur supplemental fees.     Magnify Coffee Catering serves 10oz hot and 16oz iced.  Each cart produces 60-75 drinks per hour.  Each espresso based drink comes with a double shot of exceptional espresso, allowing all drinks to be perfectly balanced.

    Delivery and Sales Tax (if applicable) are not included in the pricing below.  For an accurate quote, please submit this form.

    Our two most popular service packages:

    • Standard service: includes UNLIMITED Espresso Drinks (latte, cappuccino, cortado, etc.), mochas, gourmet cocoas, and chai lattes, all served hot and iced.
      • Priced per cart:
        • up to 1 Hour: $1,200
        • 2 Hours: $1,350
        • 3 Hours: $1,500
        • 4+ Hours: $450 per hour
    • Specialty Iced Tea and Lemonade add-on (+$100/hr./cart): Standard service (see above) plus UNLIMITED specialty iced teas and lemonades. 

    We can also serve in increments down to the quarter hour, ie. 3.75 hours, 3.5 hours etc.
