Customized Service Notice: We tailor each event experience to its unique requirements to ensure an elevated service standard. The pricing and details provided here represent typical event setups; however, certain venues, specialized service requests, or unique event logistics may require additional staffing and incur supplemental fees. A personalized, detailed quote will be provided after reviewing your event specifics in the form below.

Magnify Coffee Catering serves 10oz hot and 16oz iced. Each cart produces 60-75 drinks per hour. Each espresso based drink comes with a double shot of exceptional espresso, allowing all drinks to be perfectly balanced.

Our two most popular service packages:
- Standard service: includes UNLIMITED Espresso Drinks (latte, cappuccino, cortado, etc.), mochas, gourmet cocoas, and chai lattes, all served hot and iced.
  - Priced per cart:
    
    up to 1 Hour: $1,200
    
    2 Hours: $1,350
    
    3 Hours: $1,500
    
    4+ Hours: $450 per hour
- Specialty Iced Tea and Lemonade add-on (+$100/hr./cart): Standard service (see above) plus UNLIMITED specialty iced teas and lemonades.
We can also serve in increments down to the quarter hour, ie. 3.75 hours, 3.5 hours etc.

  Magnify Coffee Catering can provide outdoor service, provided the following conditions are met to ensure safe setup and a smooth guest experience.
  
  To ensure the highest quality drinks and guest experience, indoor, climate-controlled setups are strongly preferred.
  
  Outdoor Service Requirements
  - Service Space
    
    Minimum of 10 ft wide x 8 ft deep
    
    Surface must be flat and smooth for cart setup
  - Power Requirements
    
    One dedicated 20-amp outlet located within 20 feet of the service area
    
    The circuit must not be shared with other vendors or lighting
    
    Insufficient power can cause delays or equipment issues
  - Access Path
    
    A paved, ADA-compliant path from load-in to service area
    
    If not fully ADA-compliant, the path must include no more than one step
  - Temperature Conditions
    
    Ambient temperature must remain between 55°F and 80°F throughout service
    
    Service area must be covered and fully shaded
  - Weather Conditions
    
    Wind speeds under 7 mph
    
    Humidity under 70%
    
    No precipitation from arrival through breakdown
  In the event these conditions can’t be met, we require there to be an indoor backup location to ensure uninterrupted service and equipment safety.
  
  Important Note:
  Even within this temperature range, higher heat or colder temperatures and humidity can negatively impact drink quality, barista performance, and equipment reliability. We strongly discourage outdoor setups unless absolutely necessary. Additional staffing or equipment fees will apply.
