Peacekeepers are the direct action force. Peacekeepers will operate in teams of 2 or more. They function as the shield between the action and any counter-actions. They are expected to defuse and de-escalate situations situations. Peacekeepers are in place to prevent harm from coming to other activists.

Marshals guide the action figuratively and sometimes literally. They provide resources for the community, guidance during demonstrations, and facilitate the actions. They will cover a wide range of activities from leading marches, facilitating speaker transitions, providing supplies, answering questions, and being a recognizable contact.

Medics, or street medics are individuals with medical training and are prepared and equipped to provide emergency care during an action. Street medics are legally covered under Good Samaritan laws and may only provide care up to their level of training. Medics are required to operate in a crew of 2. An individual medic may not operate independently during an action.

Experienced in EMS, clinical healthcare, or First-Aid.
Provide immediate clinical interventions as allowed by the ability of the provider.
Safely extricates ill or injured individuals from the crowd.
Maintains care until turned over to EMS or the patient refuses further assistance.
