  • EVENT TIME IS 4pm - 10pm and the Festvities will be primarily in the Town Square. We will have performances by local music groups, theater and dance! Stay tuned for more details!

  • Parade Rules and Regulations:

    • All organizations who are confirmed to participate in the parade will be contacted by the HalloweenFest Committee.
    • Parade participants must be in costume.
    • No discriminatory, no political, no inappropriate signs, visuals, props, or images.
    • All participants in the Halloween Parade do so on a volunteer basis, and are not compensated for their efforts.
  • Lamp Post Guidelines:

    • In honor of Veteran's Day, Hometown Hero banners will remain on alternating lamp posts; corn stalks will be installed on those poles and the remaining poles available for decoration will be assigned to you by pole number unless you have a preference based on your business location or a pole you have decorated in years prior.

      We will recognize you on social media as a sponsoring organization as a thank you!

    • All decorating must take place between 10/10 and 10/24. Decorations must be taken down between 11/7 and 11/9.  NO EXCEPTIONS
    • Select your lamp post design concept encompassing any Halloween or Fall theme 

      • Please use zip ties to use to attach decorations to lamp posts, please do not use wire or tape

      • Main Street merchants have first right of refusal to use lamp post in front of their store

      • Decorations can reach to 8’ high but no more than 6”to 8” out from base of pole

      • The HalloweenFest Committee reserves right to remove display if it is not taken care of or falls apart

       

      *The HalloweenFest Committee reserves the right to reassign lamp posts, deny inappropriate submissions and to remove any decorations that are not being maintained.
